  I bought a second-hand laptop that has never really been in good and reasonable working order. I was offered a refund but this was soon after I had bought it and the offer was withdrawn and only verbal when I asked about swapping it for a cheaper laptop. I was told at one stage I was simply 'unlucky'.

  NEVER AGAIN..!!!! DROPPED COMPUTER IN AS IT WOULDNT TURN ON. STEVEN FIXED IT IN 5 MINUTES WHILE I WAS THERE. CONVINCED ME I SHOULD UPGRADE INTERNALS. I SPECIFICALLY SAID IT HAS TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME, YES WAS THE ANSWER. COMPUTER HAS BEEN BACK AND STILL DOESNT WORK AND NOW IT WONT EVEN RECOGNISE THE MONITOR IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN CONNECTED TO.MONITOR WORKS CONNECTED TO A LAPTOP. WE WILL JUST GO AND BUY A NEW ONE AND THROW THE COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS IN THE BIN. 2 OTHER TECHS HAVE INSPECTED THE COMPUTER AND SAID IT IS WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO IT. ALERTED STEVEN TO THIS BEFORE SENDING IT OVER THE 2ND TIME HOPING HE WOULD TAKE SOME TIME CHECKING IT OUT. HE RETURNED IT SAYING THERE IS NO PROBLEM STILL. IT ONLY WORKS AT HIS SHOP , NOT AT HOME OR 2 OTHER SHOPS. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.

  After video card issues then a failed keyboard the final issue was a suspect battery. I was told it was possibly dirty contacts on the MagSafe adaptor however a simple online search led me to suspect the logic board. Took it to a specialist technician and it took them 5 minutes to diagnose that it was indeed a logic board rendering the laptop useless as a laptop as a battery will never receive charge with a failed logic board. Disappointed after spending what was a significant amount of money for my business and now unable to work remote or mobile.

  Very pleased with this service, I had my old laptop renewed and has been working perfectly since, with even more storage space and updated windows. I also purchased a sim card for my phone, great deal and fast installation. Thanks!

  Very disappointed. Friendly and polite service to be sure, thus the 2 stars. Definitely not humble service with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
